Power Yoga for all ages and levels of experience.

Rayoga offers classes around cardiff, online classes, one to one sessions and yoga retreats.

Power yoga is not a system, there is no hierarchy, no leading guru. This freedom allows creativity in sequencing postures, offering a diverse array of themes in classes.

YOGA CLASSES

Yoga classes are taking place online via zoom, Cathys Methodist Church & Grange Pavillion in Cardiff. No memberships required, but advanced booking are recommended.

YOGA RETREATS

Ray hosts two yoga retreats each year, one in St Nons, Pembrokshire in Wales and another in Adrasan, Turkey.
