Time in the small village of Adrasan seems to stand still. Far from the large tourists centres you will find a very original form of tourism. The stunning Lykia beach is just a 20 minute walk from the retreat centre and has a fantastic selection of cosy cafes and restaurants, including one unique venue which is actually built over a running river. Yoga will be from Sunday to Saturday and will take place in the morning and afternoon leaving time to relax by the pool or explore the surrounding mountains at your own leisure. Various excursions will be on offer, one of the highlights of the week will be an amazing boat trip along the beautiful turkish coastline where we’ll be able to stop for a swim in the crystal clear bays and enjoy a fresh seafood lunch cooked for you on the boat.
After a silent morning stroll to the beach for a swim and a light breakfast to start the day, a yoga class will take place each day 9-11am, then plenty of time in between to relax or explore the surrounding area before a second class around 5.30-7pm.
Included in the cost the centre offers 3 excellent buffet style meals a day made by local Adrasan cooks, meals are mostly vegetarian but include vegan options.
The nearest airport is Antalya International Airport. Sunday between 11am-4.30pm a free shuttle bus is running. Any arrivals outside of this can arrange alternative pick up with the retreat manager.
